Stretch Out Your IT Band With Yoga

Thanks to Niki at SugarySixPack for these much needed IT band stretches! I did all of these after my workout today, and my legs feel pretty good. “Thread the Needle” has been a favorite of mine, but the “Reclined Spinal Twist” may be my new favorite- I got such a great stretch from my knee up to my hip.
